Great bunch to deal with, I had looked for along time for the bike I wanted and just happen to stumble across it setting in their show room, 2009 Yamaha stratoliner, getting all the paper work taken care of was really simple with them and they took the time to go through it with me so that I under stood everything, liked dealing with them so much I didn't have any second thoughts about having them do some custom work to the bike also ( 18" ape hangers), very skilled people in the shop I willbe taking the bike back for any other work that I need done.

This dealership was AMAZING to work with. I'll make a long story short(ish). I live in St. Louis, and for two months was searching for a new blue/white Victory Vegas. I called dealerships out to about a 300 mile radius. Nobody had one, and nobody could get one. Jay Hatfield was not only able to get one, but they also gave me a better price than ANY of the dealerships that quoted me a bottom line price if they could manage to find one. I was going to visiit a friend near Kansas City, so I detoured a long way to get the bike from Jay Hatfield. I was nervous since we handled EVERYTHING over the phone due to how far away I live, but when I arrived to pick up the bike, there were no surprises, no BS, and everything was perfectly smooth. They knew how much I wanted that bike (since I was willing to go so far for it), so they could have put me over a barrel, but they didn't. On top of all that, they gave me a $100 gift certificate for anything in the store, and had wired in a connector for a battery tender. So basically, great price, straight-up service, great extras, and honesty. I couldn't have had a better experience! I won't be buying a bike again for a long time, but when I do, I'll make the trek out there again. Quality like that is worth it.

I showed up late on a Friday evening headed home after looking at bikes all day. The sales staff and management proceeded to help me find the perfect bike. My salesman understood my need for a large bike considering my 6'6 frame. He pointed me toward the new Victory Cross Country and it was everything I was looking for in a bike. After staying a little late to make sure I rode my new bike home to Nevada instead of having to come back, I can say they have earned my business for years to come. I am in the Sales business and like to be treated the same way I strive to treat my customers. It is getting harder to find businesses like this anymore. I was losing hope after dealing with the shops down south all day. I could not be happier with my purchase from you guys. Love the bike!

I live several hundred miles from the dealership, and so had to do all the preliminary fact finding by phone. Josh was really upfront and honest about everything. Looking back, everyone at the dealership was very experienced and professional. They had the right battery already charging, so I just had to pick the color of bike I wanted! That's important when you want to do it all in one visit, and get home before dark. I would certainly recommend them!
